How It Works
The F820 uses GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou satellite systems to track your dog's location with precision. Turn on the collar, wait 3-5 minutes for GPS signal lock (3+ bars recommended), and set the center point. Adjust the safe zone from 25 to 999 yards. When your dog exits the boundary, the collar triggers progressive correction — sound first, then vibration, then static stimulation — in 5 intensity levels. If your dog returns to the safe zone, all warnings stop. For safety, no correction occurs when GPS signal is weak (2 bars or below) or when your dog is stationary outside the boundary. The system also features a 1-minute protection mode after a full warning cycle.
Safety
The F820 is designed with multiple safety features. The receiver is IPX7 waterproof, withstanding rain and outdoor conditions. Fits medium to large breeds (15-110 lbs). Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 hours daily; reposition every 1-2 hours to prevent skin irritation. Never attach a leash to the training collar. The correction system is disabled when GPS signal drops below 2 bars, preventing accidental activation in poor signal areas. Not recommended for puppies under 6 months. For any defects within 30 days, contact support with photos or videos for a replacement. A 1-year warranty covers repairs (customer covers return shipping). Ensure proper contact point placement against the dog's throat for effective and safe training.
