Buyer FAQ

Private-label opportunities are available across Wellturn’s current pet containment, remote training, bark control, and selected smart pet product portfolio. The available models and configurations change with product status and market requirements, so each project begins with a review of the current product catalog and the buyer’s intended market.

Depending on the model, OEM options may include logo application, available product colors, packaging, user manuals, accessories, package contents, and existing product configurations. Requests involving major structural, electronic, firmware, interface, or functional changes require a separate ODM feasibility review.

These options are available for selected products and projects. Wellturn reviews the requested color, logo method, packaging format, manual language, labeling, and order quantity before confirmation. The final customization scope depends on the selected model, manufacturing feasibility, and agreed commercial terms.

When a sample is required, the product configuration, branding, packaging, and agreed requirements are reviewed before mass production. Any required corrections are confirmed during project communication. Production begins after the buyer and Wellturn have accepted the applicable sample, specifications, commercial terms, and production plan.

MOQ and lead time are confirmed after reviewing the model, order quantity, branding requirements, packaging, accessories, documentation, and production conditions. Customized components or additional testing may affect both. The final requirements and schedule are stated in the quotation or contract.

Available certificates, test reports, battery documents, and air or sea transportation documents vary by model. Wellturn reviews the selected product and destination market, then confirms which current documents can be supplied and whether additional testing or documentation is required.
