Buyer FAQ
1.What is the difference between OEM and ODM cooperation?
OEM projects use an existing Wellturn product platform and focus on agreed branding, color, packaging, manuals, accessories, or available configurations. ODM projects involve a new product concept or substantial changes to structure, hardware, firmware, interface, or function. ODM projects therefore require additional feasibility review, development, verification, and acceptance.
2.Which pet product categories does Wellturn support?
Wellturn’s current portfolio covers pet containment systems, remote dog trainers, bark control products, and selected smart pet products. Containment options include GPS, radar, indoor, in-ground, and portable outdoor systems. Product availability and project suitability are confirmed according to the target market, use case, and order requirements.
3.What information is required to evaluate a project?
Please provide the target market, sales channel, product category or concept, required functions, expected customization, estimated quantity, target launch schedule, packaging needs, and any certification or testing requirements. This information helps Wellturn review technical feasibility, service scope, production requirements, and quotation details.
4.Can Wellturn support packaging and user manual development?
Yes. Wellturn can support agreed packaging, color box, user manual, training guide, and related product information requirements. Available formats, languages, artwork responsibilities, package contents, and labeling requirements are confirmed according to the product model, target market, and project scope.
5.How are certifications and testing documents confirmed?
Certifications and test reports are reviewed by product model and target market. Wellturn confirms which existing documents apply to the selected product and whether additional testing is required. Only completed and verifiable certificates, reports, or transportation documents should be used for the project.
6.How are MOQ and lead time determined?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product model, order configuration, customization scope, component readiness, sample or testing requirements, packaging, and order quantity. The applicable quantity and schedule are confirmed in the project proposal, quotation, or contract after the requirements have been reviewed.
